What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and checkout is by 12:00 PM.
Is early check-in or late checkout available?
It is subject to availability and prior confirmation and is currently charged as half a day.
What is the children policy?
Up to two children aged 10 or under may stay free in their parents’ room using existing beds, subject to room capacity and confirmed booking.
Are extra beds available?
No. Choose a single, double, triple or quadruple room that fits the confirmed guest count. One baby cot may be requested free of charge, subject to availability.
Are connected rooms available?
Connected double and triple rooms are available subject to confirmation. Quadruple or family rooms are not connected.
Are smoking rooms available?
This has not been formally confirmed. Ask the hotel when requesting availability if smoking arrangements matter to you.
How do I request availability?
Use the form, WhatsApp or phone. There is no direct online payment, and a booking is confirmed only after the hotel replies and completes its confirmation requirements.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash, Mada, credit cards and bank transfer.
Which taxes and fees may apply?
Depending on the rate or offer, 15% VAT, 5% city tax and 6% service charge may apply. Check the final total in the hotel’s confirmation.
What are the cancellation and no-show terms?
Confirmed special-offer and special-rate bookings are non-refundable; a no-show is charged in full. Any more specific written confirmation term takes priority.
Can two offers be combined?
No. Only one offer applies to a booking, within its validity and terms.
How do parking and the Haram shuttle work?
The hotel has 110 parking spaces. Parking is free outside Ramadan and Hajj and currently costs SAR 50 per day during those seasons. The circulating Haram shuttle uses route B2; confirm current operation with reception.
