This page explains the main terms before a stay is confirmed. The final binding terms are those in the hotel’s written confirmation, especially for an offer or special rate.
Availability request and confirmation
- The website accepts requests by form, WhatsApp or phone and does not take direct online payment.
- Submitting a request does not confirm a room or price.
- A booking is confirmed only after the hotel approves the room type, dates, price and confirmation method.
Check-in and checkout
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and checkout is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to prior confirmation and currently charged as half a day.
Children and beds
Up to two children aged 10 or under may stay free using existing beds, subject to confirmed room capacity. Extra beds are not available. One baby cot may be requested free of charge, subject to availability. Connected double and triple rooms require confirmation; quadruple and family rooms are not connected.
Payment, taxes and fees
The hotel accepts cash, Mada, credit cards and bank transfer. Depending on the rate, 15% VAT, 5% city tax and 6% service charge may apply. The amount in the hotel’s confirmation is final.
Cancellation and no-show
Confirmed offer and special-rate bookings are non-refundable, and a no-show is charged in full. Normal-rate terms may vary; the most specific written term in the confirmation applies.
Offers and amendments
Two offers cannot be combined in one booking. Any change to dates, room type or guest count is subject to availability and may change the price or terms; it is accepted only after hotel confirmation.
