What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and currently charged as half a day unless confirmed otherwise in advance.
What is the policy for children and cots?
Up to two children aged 10 or under may stay free in their parents’ room without an extra bed, within the confirmed room capacity. One complimentary baby cot may be requested in advance, subject to availability.
Are connected rooms available?
Connected twin and triple rooms are available, subject to prior confirmation. Quad or family rooms are not available as connected rooms.
How do payment and cancellations work?
Payment is available by cash, mada, credit card, or bank transfer. Confirmed special offers and special rates are non-refundable, and a no-show is charged in full. Review the final taxes, fees, and conditions in the hotel confirmation.
