Terms such as “Deluxe” or “Family” are commercial labels, not proof that a room fits your group. Begin with the number of adults, the number and ages of children and the required sleeping arrangement. Compare those details with the hotel’s permitted capacity and actual beds.

Capacity and beds are different
Capacity is the number of guests the hotel permits in a room type; bed configuration is the number and size of beds. A child may be allowed to share an existing bed without an extra bed being added. Confirm both before accepting a rate.

Confirmed details at Arak Al Shariah
The hotel offers single, double, triple and quadruple room types and does not provide extra beds. Up to two children aged ten or under may stay free with their parents using existing beds. One baby cot can be requested free of charge, subject to availability.
Choose the correct room type from the beginning. The children’s policy does not mean that every room layout suits every family.
Connected rooms and arrival times
The hotel reports ten sets of internally connected double-and-triple rooms on each floor and no connected quadruple rooms. “Adjacent” does not mean an internal door, and two rooms on one reservation are not automatically connected. Request the exact arrangement and wait for written confirmation.
Check-in starts at 2:00 pm and checkout is by 12:00 noon. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and prior confirmation; a half-day fee may apply.
Mobility, transport and what the rate includes
For an older guest or wheelchair user, ask about the route from the entrance to the lift and room, the bathroom arrangement and the shuttle pickup point. A family with a pushchair may need a different Haram transport plan from guests who can walk easily.
Ask for a written price summary covering room type, nights, approved occupancy, meals, taxes or fees, parking, transport and cancellation conditions. A hotel service is not automatically included in every rate.
