My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?
We are 75 km from Jeddah Airport. Check-in is from 14:00. If you arrive early, you are welcome to use the hotel amenities while we prepare your room.
Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?
Breakfast is included with all room rates as a standard amenity.
Do you provide a child day care service?
Yes. In-house day care looks after children while you visit the Haram. The health club is also open to guests who want to keep a fitness routine.
Are airport pickups available for late night flight arrivals?
Yes. We can arrange airport pickup for all flight arrivals, including late-night landings, with VIP cars for a comfortable transfer.
