Our commitment
We work to improve access to the Arak Al Shariah Hotel website for visitors using keyboards, assistive reading technologies, and mobile devices. Our ongoing improvements aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles, but we do not claim full conformance before a complete technical and manual audit.
Digital improvements
We work on clear heading structure, descriptive links, mobile layouts, focus visibility, alternative text for newly published images, readable contrast, and labelled forms that explain an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Known limitations
Some older content, PDF files, or legacy theme components may still need improvements to alternative text, keyboard navigation, or semantic structure. We address these progressively as pages are reviewed and test new pages across common screen sizes before publication.
See the W3C overview of WCAG for the referenced technical framework.
Stay requirements at the hotel
If you need an adapted room, mobility assistance, or arrangements for an older guest or a guest with a disability, contact the hotel before arrival and describe the requirement. The team will confirm suitable availability and arrangements at the time of the request; a feature shown on the website is not an automatic guarantee for every room or date.
Get help or report a barrier
Tell us the page address, device or browser, a description of the barrier, and the alternative format that would help you.
Statement review
This statement is reviewed after material website improvements or when a recurring barrier is identified. The latest review date appears at the top of the page.
